I just purchased this item. I have arthritis in both shoulders and this will help to keep my joints loose when at home if unable to get out to gym.

I bought this a month ago to put in my office. At that time I started a job that required me to sit at a desk all day and I was worried about my health. I really enjoy being able to use it during my breaks and it is quiet so I can use it while I am on the phone. When I received a small piece was broken but it was very easy to call and get a replacement part. I wish it provided more resistance for a better work out, but overall I am happy with it and happy to be able to incorporate a workout while at work.

Following knee replacement surgery, this item was recommended for flexibility. I borrowed one and wanted one of my own. Hubby has decided to use it too! It is a great tool and I am continuing to use it daily for calorie burn as well!

Great Workout

Bought this over a month ago & very happy I did! Wanted something small, collapsible that would give my legs a good workout....it also works upper body. Be careful not touch near mechanism as it gets very hot.

I purchased this product three weeks ago to supplement the physical therapy that followed a knee replacement surgery. I have been able to use this device for both stretching the joint and as a cycling exercise. Due to being able to more accurately recreate the therapy used in facility at home, my therapy as contine to progress at a better than average rate. Now four weeks post surgery and I am doing tasks expected of those around ten to twelve weeks post therapy. Talk with your physical therapist to see if this can be added to your routine.

Because I have a disability that limits the use of my legs, I find the Stamina InStride Folding Cyle a great option for me. It is light weight enough for me to lift, and the ability to use it while sitting is a definitely plus.

I Purchased my folding cycle around a month ago. And I have been using it in conjunction with home therapy. However I will need some surgery and the cycle will then again be used for my home therapy.
