I bake my own bread; large, fluffy loaves of bread. This 9” bread knife slices completely through my largest loaves with the greatest of ease. The knife is balanced and solid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to replace older bread knife as we are now baking sourdough loaves that are fluffy on the inside and hard crusted on outside. This knife slices like the loaf is soft butter - great investment.
