I've had Zwilling FourStar knives for over 35 years. Always sharp, clean and sturdy. Lots of flashy knives have come and gone but these remain the standard of excellence since the day they were introduced. My new curved bread knife is perfectly balanced, useful in a wide variety of applications and a pleasure to hold. Very impressive.

Cuts like a knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While my old trusty Zwilling Professional "S" breadknife was having trouble with the thick crusts on my sourdough boules, the Zwilling Country Bread Knife makes short work of it thanks to the Z15 serration. It cuts fingers too - so be careful what you point it at.

The Perfect Curve

This bread knife is perfect for those hard Italian or French crusts. The curved blade slices easily though even the largest and hardest crumb while gently going through the interior. Handle is comfortable so a good grip is easy.

A different bread knife

This is a great bread knife. This is one of my go-to knives in the kitchen. The Z15 serration is so much better than other serrated bread knives I’ve used. With the uniqueness of the country bread blade shape being more curved than traditional bread knives, this does a beautiful job of cleanly slicing bread, fruit, meat without tearing or squishing. A lightweight knife, this premium forged and ice hardened steel will have lasting durability and sharpness.

A nice bread knife wit an additional inch of length. The key to this knife is the new scalloped and pointed Z serration, its far better than the previous model.

Great update to a classic

I have loved the Zwilling Four Star line for quite a while. Im so glad they keep adding to it. This new bread knife is awesome. All the classic Four Star characteristics are still there. The comfortable handle leads to the German forged stainless steel blade. The blade is strong and sharp. The innovation comes at the blade edge. This new serration pattern allows only the longer teeth to touch the cutting board allowing for the blade to stay sharper longer. Its great for bread, tomatoes, citrus or anything else that has a tougher exterior and a softer inside.
