Bread slices will never know what's hitting them with this amazing Z15 serrated bread knife. The Four Star handle and full bolster is ergonomically designed for a comfortable and controlled grip. The uniquely shaped steel will make it effortless to cut through any bread and the Z15 serration will easily glide through without losing the composition of the bread.

Smooth sailing, I mean slicing

Excellent bread knife. The protruding teeth grab the crusty exterior of the bread or the tough skin of the tomato, then the interior scalloped portion of the blade glide through the sof interiors of the bread or tomato. Great concept. Comfortable handle. Good price.

No wonder this 4Star line has been around for 40 + years. This is a great bread knife with the perfect serration for all large crusty breads, bagels, baguettes. I also use this knife for
slicing and decorating cakes. The handle is smooth and comfortable.

The Great Bread Knife!

This is an ultimate Four Star bread knife I should say, the size is great for bread, bagel baguette, and cutting and slicing oversized fruits like melons. Can be a cake cutting helper too!

The curved blade and unique Z15 serration of this bread knife make effortless work of cutting through any crusty baked goods or thick skinned produce. The integrated prongs on the edge of blade protect the scallops for long lasting edge retention. German forged bolster and comfortable molded handle for added control while cutting.

This bread knife has a very different looking serration. Two layers of "teeth" one layer sharp points and the other scalloped will enable the knife to stay sharp longer with less wear on the serration during cutting. Along with the classic 4 Star wrapped handle this is a bread knife that you will enjoy for a very long time.
