Sorry but they want a review when you just get it and register it so my experience is limited so I gave it an average ratings. They should have you to review it a few months later. The only problem I have is one of the casters will not stay on. My gripe would be on my previous Fellowes Shredder. A gear stripped and they do not sell replacement parts. It was a hard decision to spend more money on a higher price one especially if I need a replacement part in a year and I cannot get it.
Cons: Quality Construction

Pros: Quiet Operation, Sheet Capacity, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs
Cons: no handle on the top of the machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fellowes makes a great shredder. I purchased the powershred 79Ci and I'm very satisfied with my choice. It is the quietest shredder I have ever owned. Powerful enough to shred 16 sheets at once. I like the safety features which protects you from injuries. It is compact and durable. The Jam Resistant feature was a big consideration in making this purchase. For the price it offers a lot.

Excellent Shredder

This shredder replaced an older different brand that I had for home use, the Fellows model is slightly larger but it is much better. It is definitely much quieter than other brands I have looked at. The pull-out bin makes emptying the shredded documents easy and fast. It also allows for more pages to be shredded at once - speeding up the shredding process. I feel this would even work for a regular personal office shredder - not at home. With the color lights on the right side it quickly indicates to you if you are trying to shred too much at once.

I had a fellows for years & it just quite working so I ordered the same kind & I would have nothing but a fellows I think they are great & last a long time,

Could be better for the money

I have tried several shredders and this one is some what better then the others. I think it said 16 pages at a time, but 4 or 5 will stop it.. The lights are kind of useless because it stops when there's too many pages so why the lights. it stops constantly with just a few pages and over heats much too fast. Its a little better then the others i've tried but nothing to talk about.

Cons: Sheet Capacity, Jam Resistance, overheats too fast
