Great Shredder!

This is my first Fellowes product, and I'm very impressed! I just got my Fellowes shredder, and I love it. It is very durable and will shred CDs, credit cards, as well as several pages at once. It has safety features so you can't shred appendages. It does exactly what I need it to do!

I am amazed by the quietness of this product! I have used Fellowes for years and have loved the product, the predecessor to this one is a decade or so older and quite loud compared to this model. It also doesn't interfere with my computer display when I use it. I'll definitely consider upgrading the other one I have that I am going to return to my home. Thank you for continuing to surprise me with the quality!

Super Quiet Shredder

I bought this unit because of the warranty, capacity and good looks. The bonus is that it is quiet. Yes, if you try, you can jam this machine by ignoring the red indicator light. Stay in the green or yellow zone and shred as much as you want. The real test will be how well it stands up over the next five years. I expect it will still be functioning just fine.

Very Impressive!

After running through a number of cheap shredders, I decided that enough was enough and splurged on a good one. Based on the reviews online, I chose this one. I'm really glad I did. This shredder is durable, fast, powerful and quiet. It shreds any paper I put into it, and easily chewed up my old credit cards, too! Great job, Fellowes!

Good shredder

I just bought this and have only used it twice, but it seems to do the job. I must say, however, that the wheels were not easy to get on. It was difficult to force them into their holes. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to secure the bags that catch the shredded paper.

Couldn't be happier w/ this shredder!! Well worth the $$$ and good performance. Design & style is pleasant to the eye and much more quieter than our last shredder. Over all we're very pleased.

Great Shredder

This is a great shredder. I love how quiet it is and really does the job and so far no jamming! I would recommend putting a trash bag in the bin because it can get a bit messy. Other than that it's great

I have owned several Fellowes shredders over the years, and I have been impressed with both the durability and quality of Fellowes shredders. This holds true for the 79Ci as well. Two features with the 79Ci that I did not have with previous Fellowes shredders are the wheels and how quiet the shredder is.
