Your Powershredder 79Ci is an excellent product! Many intelligent and useful features, never jams, quiet, easy to operate and empty. Well-made, a real workhorse. I'm totally delighted with it, and have recommended it to several friends.

I've had the shredder for about 6 months, and it has performed well. I try not to use it continuously to avoid overheating. The bin fills up rather quickly with the many loose shreds, but one can tamp down the contents or dump them without much trouble. One has to be careful not to put too many sheets at a time in the machine, but given that, it has been working flawlessly.

have shredded for past month once a week and have had no problems with the functioning of the product, however does not take very long to fill bin after shredding , but otherwise great product for the price !
Pros: Quality Construction, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Jam Resistance
Cons: Mess Reduction, Quiet Operation, bin capacity

I was impressed with the quietness, and how many pages that can be shredded at one time.
The only thing I have found bad so far is the weight of the head and how frequently it needs oiled.
Also seems to heat up after only a few minutes of use....have to wait for it to cool down.

We needed a heavy duty shredder for the office. That withstand the substantial use and be able to provide hassle free shredding. This definately fits the bill and i know we will get so much productivity and use ou of it. Substantial and good quality.
