Our shredder was delivered on May 13, 2010 and now, three years later, we are still singing its praises. We have never had an issue with it--its performance has been flawless. When our Albany office needed a new shredder a year or two ago, we recommended they get a Fellowes because we have been so pleased (particularly with the speed and relative lack of noise). I wish I could write a review like this for ALL of our office equipment!
Pros: Quiet Operation, Quality Construction, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs, Safety Features, Jam Resistance
Cons: wish we could empty it w/o getting paper on floor.

Great shredder

I purchased the Fellow’s Ci79 a couple of weeks ago. By reading other customers comments, so far it has met my needs in my small office. I appreciate the comments that I read they really helped me decide on the maker and type of shredder that I needed. The only drawback is that I have a backlog of shredding to do and once it gets hot I have to stop. I don’t see this as a problem in the future once I catch up.

Awesome shredder

This shredder is quiet beyond belief. Eats anything we throw at it, we had to work very hard to get it to overheat. It will never overheat in normal day to day usage.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Quality Construction

Shredding my Life.

Wife has been using this very operator friendly shredder for three weeks plus as we clear out our paperwork files held by us for the last twenty-six years. We will be moving soon.
It is quick, quiet, and has had no jambs since we started using it for about four hours a day. Smooth working and leaves us with a bag of double cut shreds.

This shredder is all it said it would be. I've had no jams, stops or grinding with this machine. In my opinion it is an excellent shredder. I would recommend it to everyone who needs a heavy duty shredder. Shreds all credit cards, CDs and staples without jamming. I love it. It is also very quiet so that I can keep working without a grinding in my ear in the office.

Love this shredder, I have gone through 3 shredders and this one is amazing!!!!! Its so quiet and takes an ample amout of paper and if you put too much paper in it lets you know before it shreds it. I am amazed:)
