Great product!

Purchased the PS-79ci about a month ago and used it for shredding many documents at the end of the year. It worked great! The quality is apparent. It handled all shredding jobs flawlessly and quickly. I think it is the perfect shredder for a home office but it would be very useful in a workplace setting. I heard Fellowes shredders had a good reputation. Now I know it's true.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Sheet Capacity, Quality Construction, Warranty, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs, Service Guarantee, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Jam Resistance, Mess Reduction, cool design and logo!
Cons: oiling is a bit inconvenient but it's worth it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am very satisfied with this purchase, but more than that, 1 store didn't have it in stock, and couldn't tell me when it would be avail;able. This store had it in stock, loaded it into my car and was extremely professional in all aspects of the purchase.

I liked the sturdiness and quality of the Shredder. Just started using it but immediately saw the difference in performance versus the "bargain" machine I had. Would recommend to anyone who wants a machine for home office and especially one that will last.

Happily Shredding

I purchased this shredder to replace one I had owned for four years and was happy with. I work in an industry that demands a lot of shredding. I researched before purchasing this one. This is my first "Fellowes" Shredder. I must say I am 'VERY HAPPY' with it. It allows me to shred many pages at one time thus saving me time. It is also pretty quiet....unlike my last shredder. My only disappointment if you can call it that is the capacity. I find I have to empty it a lot more than my last one. But other than that, I would highly recommend this shredder to others.

My shredder died and I needed a new. I had bought this shredder for my boss and loved it so I bought one for my home and business. So far, it is a remarkable piece of equipment.

This is a great value for the price we paid. We have lots of personal information that needs to be shredded on a daily basis and it does the job really well.
the only issue I have with this is when you empty the collection bin - the small shreds of paper tend to "escape"

All Lights remain On

What would be the reason that all lights would light up and remain on.
Also note that even though the auto light is engaged (on), I still have to use the manual feed in order to shread.
