Surprise! A shredder that works

Even my wife could not jam it. It is abolutely the best shredder I have used, bar none, in business or home.

Great Shredder

This shredder does it's job well. Quiet, efficient and jam resistant. I also appreicate the safety feature. The power indicator lights could be toned down a bit - they are very bright! Overall, it's a great shredder.

Great shredder

This is my first "serious" shredder. I've only had the wastebasket-top ones before, and they always gave me trouble and were messy to empty. This one is well-made, strong, and durable. It's amazingly quiet, and if you follow the directions, it will not jam. Easy to empty as well. Great product!

Simple the Best

I have been very pleased with this purchase. The quietness in its operation is remarkable. Working in a police department, we can't afford for sensitive information to be accidentally released, this shredder does the job a cross-cut shredder is suppose to do. It's great for home or office use. With the added safety features it quiet simple the best.

Great Product

I have been very pleased with this product. It is the quietest shredder I have ever used. It quickly detects when I put in too many sheets and backs them up so I can remove them without causing a jam. I can use it for extended periods without it shutting down.
Only two minor "complaints" - and they truly are minor: 1) the safety mechanism is very sensitive to the proximity of fingers. When I insert smaller items (receipts, credit cards) it will shut down briefly. 2) The "basket full" detector comes on while there is still room in the basket. Opening the bin and pushing the contents down gives me the equivalent of another "full" basket.

It Is Sooooo Quiet!

The best thing about this shredder is that it really works, making short work of large piles of documents. My second favorite characteristic of the PS-Ci shredder is that it is unbelievably quiet compared to other shredders I have used.

An effective piece of technology

We are really surprised with the quietness and durability of this shredder. It handles a sufficient quantity through the feeder, and processes it into very fine pieces making it easy to discard. It makes quick work of a large job. We highly recommend this product to the consumer.
