More than I expected.

This shredder is more than I expected. It does everything that was advertised. It is constructed very well, it's quiet and has several safety features. I love the ability to shred credit cards and stapled items. This is definitely worth the money.

Cannot be beat in all areas. This is the third shredder we have had; should have bought this from the start, and probably would still have it.

A Real Cut-up!

It is very nice not having to spend more time clearing a jammed shredder than actually shredding a few sheets of paper! The casters make it very easy to move. We just got our shredder a week ago and are impressed. It is very quiet. The last shredder I used sounded like a garbage disposal with rocks in it, but this is so smooth and no intrusive at all. The only thing I would change is how the bag sits in there. Other than that . . wonderful!

I was very pleased with the operation of this shredder. It worked exactly as advertised and as the owner's manual said it would. When I contacted Fellowes through their web site to ask a question, I received a response the same day. Carole N. was quite helpful and my question was answered.

Great Shredder

We've always had light weight shredders, rated for 6 sheets, that struggled with 3. The 79Ci is a breeze. It won't accept it if you have too many sheets, yet if you take away 2, it goes through them like a hot knife through butter, So glad we got it. Safesense can be a little anoying at times, especially since it seems the knives are difficult to get your fingers near anyway. But a small inconvenience for so many features. Although all shredders make noise, this is amazingly quiet, in comparison.

this paper shredder was easy to use, ran smoothly, most importantly quietly to do a large initial job. since finishing the large job, i have used it randomly...great little machine.
