This was a Christmas present and the best one I got. Having had a stroke, it is difficult for me to do things with one hand. The shredder is so easy to use I can insert my papers and it practically works on its own - very quiet, very easy to use, and well worth the money. Should go a long way to prevent identity theft. Thank you for a quality product. This is my third shredder and by far the best one.

I PURCHASED AN SB-89C1 SHREDDER TO REPLACE OUR OTHER FELLOW SHREDDER,WHICH LASTED FOR YEAR'S.I'M VERY PLEASED WITH OUR NEW FELLOW'S SHREDDER.IT HOLDS ALOT MORE PAPER,CUTS UP CREDIT CARDS,LARGE AMOUNT OF PAPER AT ONE TIME,AMONG OTHER THINGS.I'M VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY IT SHREDS THE PAPER.IT WOULD BE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO RETRIEVE STATEMENT ACCOUNT NUMBERS.THE "FELLOW'S" SHREDDER IS VERY STYLISH IN OUR OFFICE AT HOME.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHREDDER FOR HOME,OFFICE,SCHOOLS OR ANY PLACE WHERE YOU NEED TO SHRED STATEMENTS,DOCUMENTS,CREDIT CARDS,DISK'S,ECT.

I've burned up several shredders over the years in what seemed to me after a very short lifetime for each. Wished I had gone with a Fellowes from the get go. Nice and quiet and NO JAMS!

I just love this shredder,the ease of use and the performance are just wonderful! My last shredder jammed almost everytime I used it,was very loud and cumbersome. The PS-79Ci is quiet and I have not experienced any jamming to date. I would recomment this shredder to anyone in the market for one. You can see the quality as son as the box is opened.

The cross-cut PS 79ci, only has 1 drawback. When the basket is full, unless you have changed the bag before,you wouldn't know this. You must carefully stick your hand down the front wall, as the bag gets stuck underneath the viewing window and tears when pulled out, making a mess. The overall size of the inside basket may seem small, but the paper is really compacted, holding quite a lot.
