Quiet and Reliable

This is our 3rd shredder in 4 years. Our office of 6 core people uses it to shred a handful of papers here and there almost daily between us. We are extremely pleased with its performance and how quickly and quietly it gets the job done. The cleaning staff had to be instructed to be gentle with and conscious about the pull-out waste basket because it is not the sturdiest and the shredder will not operate if it is not firmly replaced. We expect this unit will have triple the life expectancy over what we experienced with its competition.

I purchased this shredder for our office and everyone loves it. It is quiet and shreds more papers at a time than our last shredder.

We purchased two shredders. One arrived and didn't work properly but we contacted the company and they are sending a replacement. THE SECOND MACHINE WORKS GREAT. Everyone in the office has been very pleased. It is quiet which pleases the boss in the office. Our previous machine made too much noise and got on her nerves. It handles many papers and won't let you put in too many. Others in the building now want their own shredder.

I ended up spending a little more on this shredder than I had orginally budgeted but it was worth the price. You get the quality you paid for. It's quiet and does an excellent job shredding.

This shredder works great once you get it to take the paper. You really have to jam it in to get it to automatically take the pages. This is the only complait that my coworkers have. In fact they dislike this so much they asked for a different shredder. We are a busy pediatric office and often to runbys for shredding and with this shredder you cannot. You must stop and push the paper in for the shredder to automatically take the pages.

First it's one of the quietist shredders I have ever used. I have not had any jam problems and It shreds a lot of paper at once. The basket fills up quick but cosidering the amount of paper I'm shredding it's understandable.
For the money it's well worth it.

We purchased PS-79Ci because of the gaurentee and it's reputation as determined from other users we know. It's performance is better than I expected and it works as advertised. The buying expirence was as good as the product.
