Very Happy with this product

This is an excellent shredder. It is very quiet, shreds quickly and I especially like the Jam Resistance feature. If too many papers are put in at one time, it reverses itself and backs them out. I am very happy I purchased this product and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a very good shredder.

I have gone through 2 other shredders in my office and this one has lasted. 3rd time is a charm! I would recommend this shredder to anyone who is looking for durability.

great shredder

This shredder works great. We have had no problems with it jamming or overheating. It could use a larger waste basket and is a little louder than our last one, but because it is working it is worth it.

Great so Far!

This replaced a smaller, very loud model. We are quite impressed with how it handles so many sheets without jamming and the card slot it has for getting rid of those bothersome credit cards automatically sent in the mail! The performance is very quiet and has yet to let us down.

This is the best shredder I've encountered for an operation of our size. We use it often, every day, and haven't had a jam yet. We're also impressed with the quiet operation. Great value for a small price. Everyone here wants one for their own home offices. Only complaint is with the bags... they don't hold very much, and are difficult to seal when full.
The bin could use some redesign. The full bags catch and tear on projections within the bin when being removed. We solved that problem by shredding directly into the bin. It's simple enough to just empty it into a large bag which is discarded when full...also saves us the expense of bags!

It's worth every penny...

We've bought many shredders and thought we could get one that would satisfy a home owners need. Some of the units were limited in numbers of sheets you could shred; some didn't shred well and one, that was moderately priced, jambed so badly it would work. This Fellow PS 79ci unit turned out to be a dream. It handled many sheets, was extremely safe, resisted jambs and had a plus of being extremely quite. It's worth every penny!
