Very Good Machine

Excellent Shredder compaired to the one I had before. I have only had the machine for a few weeks now, but seems to do exactly what I expected it to do after reading the specs before I bought it.

Best Shredder I Ever Owned

This shredder is very quiet, feeds without jamming, and is solidly built. The shredder it replaced frequently jammed, was not nearly as well constructed, and harder to empty. It also comes with wheels and is easy to move. I am very happy with the choice of this product and recommend it without reservations. Please note that I use this shredder at home and it is not in used frequently throughout the day.

This is a terrific product - we should have bought this machine a long time ago instead of buying similar shredders made by other companies (cheaper versions that didn't hold up!)

My wife had a Fellowes machine at work and insisted on buying one for home .Wel ,she was right. This machine works every time no jams no problems. It also has a high quality look and looks fine in any setting within the house. Good choice, good machine,good value!

What's to Complain About?

This shredder replaced another cross-cut shredder I had for about five years. The other was noisy and jammed itself frequently by getting the confetti stuck in its shredder mechanism on the output side.
This shredder is quiet, never jams and works so well, I don't even think about it.
When it shipped, the caddy that attaches to the back was missing. It's not important, but it's convenient for storing the shredder's documentation. I called customer support and they shipped it out, no problem.
So what would I improve? Maybe beef up the plastic shredder drawer a little.
Summary: Buy it.

Great shredder, looks nice, low noise, shreds well, easy to empty, operation lights pleasing and very informative. I have used 10-12 different shredders, this is the best ever.
