A great purchase

I have owned several shreaders but none of them have performed with the reliability that my PS-79Ci has. It has never jammed or become sluggish. It provides an easy access to dump the cuttings and does not create the mess of dropping cuttings all over the floor when you empty the basket. This was a great purchase as the Fellows unit has already out lasted two other shreaders.

Best Purchase Ever

Good Product with 1 downfall

The shredder itself works perfectly, does everything the description states it's supposed to do. The only problem I have is with the POORLY DESIGNED BASKET, This is a MAJOR INCONVENIENCE in that the basket has a glass panel with screws that catches on the plastic bag & shreds the bag when removing it filled with shredded paper. (It also had 2 hooks on the opposite side, but they were removed) IF YOU COULD SEND A BASKET WITH A SMOOTH INSIDE THAT WOULD COMPLETELY SOLVE THAT PROBLEM

NOT ALL ITS CRACKED UP TO BE

BOUGHT THIS TO USE IN A PHARMACY TO SHRED PRESCRIPTION LABELS WHICH HAVE THE STICKY BACKS AND THEY CONTINUE TO JAM UP AND GUM UP THE MACHINE. I HAVE TRYED RUNNING THE OIL SHEETS THROUGH MORE FREQUENTLY BUT STILL HAVE JAMING PROBLEMS. WORKS GREAT ON PLAIN PAPER .

Great Shredder

This is a great shredder. It can take a lot of sheets at once. It is easy to empty, using the plastic bags. Also, good shredding CD's.

I have bought a few different shredders and this is the quietest and smoothes running one I have ever had. I also like the idea of lifetime warranty on the blades.
