Nice Touch screen display

It functions better than the old one. Plus the screen is nice once you get past the instructions for use and easy to put together.

Our old shredder had been in use for over 3 years. We used it on a daily basis. It was terrific, never jammed and held quite a bit. We replaced it because the switch stopped working. We were happy with Fellowes so we purchased the same shredder.
Pros: Jam Resistance, Quality Construction, Safety Features

Finally a shredder that doesn't jam!

Have had it for only a few days, but already love it. Had tons of documents to shred for end of school year. Normally takes a long time due to having to stop and fix jams. This really will take up to 16 pages easily! I love it!!!
Pros: Jam Resistance, Secure Cut Size, Sheet Capacity
Cons: wish it had a larger capacity in collection area.

Durable Shredder

I like to make a purchase and be done with it. I want the product to last for several years after the purchase. A Fellowes shredder does the job, does the job well and it keeps on going and going and going...just give a little oil and that is all it requires. Thanks for a great shredder!

I received product promptly as advertised. Shredder was well packaged and easy to set up. I have only had it for a couple of days, but am satisfied with convenience of use and easy of emptying the shredded material.

Excellent Shredder

I'm very happy with my new shredder. It's a little expensive but you get what you pay for. The only problem I'm finding is the difficulty I'm having in ordering supplies. Hopefully I'll be able to figure this part out rather quickly.

Pretty Good Product

The shredder clearly works fine. I was just hoping that it could hold a larger number of sheets. Initially it accepted a larger amount, then half way through it stopped shredding. I had to take out some papers for it to continue. Other than that I am very pleased!
