Great shredder

No problems so far! I have been using since June of 2017. It truly has been jam proof!
Pros: Jam Resistance, Mess Reduction, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Sheet Capacity, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs
Cons: wish the container for paper was a little sturdier

shred, replace, repeat

I've used many different shredders in the course of business over the years, both personal and commercial. I recently purchased a pair of 425ci units which replaced a Fellowes C-420C and a competing brand shredder, both which we acquired used. I chose to replace the two with two Fellowes units due to the high performance and reliability we need. With self-oiling, large shred bin, extreme duty, jam-resistant performance from a compact machine, I couldn't ask for more.
Pros: Quality Construction, Quiet Operation, Sheet Capacity, large shred bin

So Far So Good!

We have had our new shredder for a couple weeks now and it is absolutely fantastic! 12 people share this shredder and it is constantly being used everyday. Everyone loves the sleek design and styling, the ease of use, and the ability to shred cards and CDs. I particularly love the auto-oiling feature and that it came with oil and nice, thick bags that we can easily reorder. It's so much better than our old shredder, people are just finding things to shred so they can use it!
Pros: Mess Reduction, Quality Construction, Sheet Capacity, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs

This is a great shredder. It is my company's third Fellows shredder and this does not disappoint. I highly recommend this for business or personal use.
