Love this printer.

The printer is compact and very mobile. I carry it to several locations in my facility with it fitting easily in my backpack. I love the blue tooth capability and the battery adapter, so there are no cables to worry with. It has helped to simplify my daily duties and a vital piece of equipment for the same.

Driver Software is lacking

Driver software gives lots of unnecessary error messages such as Wrong Paper Type instead of allowing you to print monochrome on paper that is for 2-color process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Bluetooth and Battery pack are game changer

I love the versatility of the printer, quality is great and the fact that you can purchase an additional battery pack makes it relatively mobile

Easy to use the product and software

I had little experience with products of this type. It was easy to set up and the software installed seamlessly on my system. I was printing labels in a few minutes.

Brother's QL-820NWB label printer is a solid, hard-working machine. It produces labels consistently and effortlessly. It is well worth the price. The company's software when installed on Windows 10 is more likely to produce an error message than a label. Once a label design that will print is found, you're off to the races.
