Leak ruined my equipment- not an isolated incident

I have had good and bad experiences with Duracell. When they work they work good but when they fail it can get quite ugly. I have had numerous batteries leak and destroy the equipment being used in. My latest was a coast LED flashlight as well as a LED headlamp flashlight. Energizer offers a leak guarantee, but I can't find where Duracell does. I don't see a reason to use something that ruins what you put them in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leaking battery

I just pulled a new battery out of my package of new batteries and was all covered with corrosion. This is not the first time it has happened.

These are the best bang for your buck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been Duracell customers for as long as I've been buying batteries, and these continue to be the best batteries to own. We go through so many, with having 4 kids worth of toys, and these continue to be the longest lasting kind. They provide the most playtime before we have to replace them, which means everything when you have several littles constantly trying to play with something.

Best battery in the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Duracell is my go to brand for any battery needs. (AA or AAA). I got the coppertop AAA set of two for my TV remote and they have been going great. Once I put these on, I rarely have to worry about battery change for at least 6 months. It easily lasts that long. I never have had any problems with Duracell, and this set looks like it would continue in the same vein.

Dependability!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set of batteries was no exception to the great experience I've had with Duracell, and I know that I can always depend on them to work great out of the package and help keep my electronics running for the longest possible amount of time. Our family goes through lots of AA and AAA Duracell batteries with different toys, games, remotes, and toothbrushes. The most used is the toothbrushes, which is used multiple times each day. We usually can count on the Duracell batteries to last up to 4 months in each toothbrush.

Great working batteries

Great battery

Well, these battieres have been going strong for 2 weeks of consistent use. Duracell is a reliable brand! Plus, I love that they will last 10 years in storage.

Long lasting
