Great Shredder

We have had several cross cut shredders before, some much more expensive than this, however this one is by far the best! It does a great job and has never jammed on us!
Pros: Jam Resistance, Mess Reduction, Quality Construction, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Sheet Capacity

Excellent quality for home office

Durable and reliable, of adequate size to "do the job" without taking up too much space. The ease and safety of operation make this an excellent purchase for the home office.

Does the Job

I replaced my old Fellowes Shredder. This one is quieter than the old one. The bucket is smaller and the instructions say to feed the paper in straight which I never did with my old shredder. It does the job and the price was right.
Pros: Quality Construction, Quiet Operation, Safety Features, Service Guarantee, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs, Warranty
Cons: have to feed sheet in straight

Excellent shredder

We purchased this shredder to replace one we had had for about 10 years. This model is just wonderful. It keeps your fingers safe from the action and it shreds paper quite well. We haven't had any problems with jams or slow downs due to the quantity of paper inserted. I would definitely recommend this product to those who need a shredder. PS - this shredder is being used in our home but we are currently shredding a lot of documents amassed by our deceased parent who saved every piece of paper she ever received!

It works as advertised but very messy clean-up. When emptying the basket, have a vacuum cleaner nearby to clean up the mess that is created by this shredder.

Heavy duty shredder for business office

Product is well built and does everything I have asked it to do. Could have a larger waste basket, but OK for general use. Would recommend this product to anyone who need this type of product.

The reason I purchased this shredder for the second time is that it fits in a small space & does a good and powerful job of cross-shredding. I would make one STRONG suggestion in the design - - - - - - - - -It is frustrating to pick-up and move as the handles are only on the machine. WOULD THERE BE A WAY TO HAVE INSET ON THE BASKET SO THAT IT COULD BE MOVED WITHOUT HOLDING ONTO THE BOTTOM OF THE UNIT?

Good product for the price

It works like a charm out of the box. It came with the plastic bin deformed a bit on the side, so it doesn't look perfect there. However, I tested and it does the job well. 10 sheets not a problem, staple not a problem, etc. I haven't had it for too long so I can't comment on the reliability, but the construction looks like it will last (compared to the previous shredder I owned).

Cons: no cd
