Perfect for home office

Works well for moderate use. Would get a bigger shredder that runs longer before overheating if we needed to use it more often, but we are typically only shredding a handful of papers each day. Streamlined shape so doesn't take up too much space. Easy to empty without making a mess.
Pros: Quality Construction, Quiet Operation, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs

New Shredder is a great purchase

Our old shedder died and we wanted to purchase an upgrade to suit our current needs. This shedder is so awesome. It takes up to 10 sheets at a time and sure saves me time when cleaning out our old files. The quality is superb and the convenience of credit card slot is well appreciated. It has safety features to prevent insurgies. It has not jammed and the mess is minimal compared to to others. The warranty is very good. Great product.

A little workhorse

We have owned Fellowes brand shredders for many years and when the last one finally gave out, we downgraded to a smaller model. This has been a great shredder so far!
Pros: Mess Reduction, Quality Construction, Quiet Operation, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Sheet Capacity, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs

ONLY 1 PROBLEM

There is only one problem with this shredder. The window to see the level of materials shredded is too dark. I need to use a flashlight to see the level

New Shredder

Just opened this shredder and gave it a test shred. After figuring out how to turn the shredder on: Move shredder toggle switch to the on position, slide the selector switch to on (Shredder will start to run and then stop) Insert paper and it automatically turns on. Sounds simple but if you take in account my last shredder purchased over 15 years ago, all I had to do is plug the shredder in and insert paper. Seems to cut fairly fast and the cross cut is the same as our last printer (which is excellent) . We will see how this one does when I have a stack of papers and if 6 minutes is enough to get the job done...thinking it will!
