The real deal

This is a powerful shredder that works as advertised. Makes the Staples brand shredders look like poor quality toys. A few drawbacks: it is a little awkward to empty as there is no pull out bin-the shredder head (heavy) has to be removed and set aside to access the bin, which supports the head; there are no handles or grips on the machine for ease in moving the shredder; it would have been nice if Fellowes had included a small sample of the oil they recommend be used after each bin emptying.

I originally bought another shredder and it did not work well at all so I returned it and bought this product. It is working perfectly for me.

Hope this one last as long as my last Fellowes shredder it shed paper and credit card for ten years with out a bit of trouble till one day it started eating it self threw plastic in the bin until all the plastic bars where gone. So I decided to get a new one and since my work load has drop I went with a smaller machine as it will not be shredding as many paper per month. So far it is working great and is a lot safer machine way quieter than my old machine.

This is a great shredder for any small business and home use. Should have bought this one instead of the other that was faulty. Like many of the features better on this model. would recommend it to others wanting to purchase a shredder.

I am happy with this shredder. Only thing that would make it better if the bin was removable instead of the top. but it can eat just about anything so well worth the money!

Paper Shreder

Well I never purchase one before, but with identity theft on the rise it would be a good idea to have one to shred sensitive documents rather then just throw them in the trash and so far it has been a excellent machine.
Pros: Quiet Operation, Sheet Capacity, Quality Construction, Warranty, Service Guarantee, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Jam Resistance, Mess Reduction, i don't know about credit cards or staples etc.
