Canada Ignored
on February 1, 2017

Upon registering my product I can only put in a state name in the address. No allowance for Canadian buyers. If you sell in Canada you should include Canada and then perhaps the individual provinces. From this I am assuming that Canadian buyers won't be included in the chance to win $500 in cash.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review- we are sorry that you have had trouble registering your new shredder! It sounds as if perhaps you were on our US site which will not allow you to register products from other countries. Please try the link below to register a product in Canada. We apologize for the confusion! http://www.fellowes.com/ca/en/support/Pages/product-registration.aspx

Replacement shredder
on January 25, 2017
Posted by: Cormaven
I had an old shredder for years. It was cumbersome and slow, and if jammed, required manual unjamming. I just received this unit now. It works well (I usually put only 6 sheets at a time although it is rated at 10) and it works perfectly. I have tried its safety measures (although tentatively) and they appear to work as advertised. For a home unit somewhat better than the most basic units, I would recommend this shredder.
Pros: Jam Resistance, Quality Construction, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Sheet Capacity
Cons: in its instructions it states it doesn't shred cd
I would recommend this to a friend!

New Fellowes Shredder
on January 23, 2017
Posted by: LCarter
Bought this to replace previous shredder that broke. This one is much faster, does more sheets at one time, has a larger shredder basket, and does credit cards (which I have not tried yet, but looking forward to that option). It was a very simple setup and am totally enjoying using it and finally being able to shred everything when needed. No longer have to box up "to be shredded" to be burned in our fireplace in the winter :)
Pros: Jam Resistance, Quality Construction, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Sheet Capacity, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs
Cons: wish it had a longer warranty
I would recommend this to a friend!

I Got The Power
on January 19, 2017

The Powershred 60Cs Cross-Cut Shredder is a great office product. It's compactness saves space and is easily stored in a cabinet to make work areas look less cluttered. I particularly enjoy the power switch as opposed to the sensor mechanics of other shredders. It is less likely to jam caused by sensor errors.
Pros: Quality Construction, Quiet Operation, Safety Features, Service Guarantee, Sheet Capacity, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs
I would recommend this to a friend!
