The mattress was very good but it wouldn't stay inflated despite following manufacturer's instructions. Intexcorp was very helpful and after complying with their return policy, they sent me a new one. No problems with this one and we are enjoying it very much.

Piece of junk! Horrible design!

Mattress is poorly designed. Motor is too heavy. Moving around on the mattress causes the motor to move within it's box, breaking the seal and therefore leak air.
First motor worked one time and then wouldn't ever turn back on. Got a replacement motor which worked. I ended up on the floor after 5 hours. Bed was leaking THROUGH the motor intake area. Got another replacement motor which works but won't seat properly in it's "box". Movement on the mattress causes the motor to break the seal between the motor and it's box.
I've been happy with INTEX air mattresses before, but never again. INTEX won't refund since I didn't buy it from their website - only replace defective parts. I consider the whole thing defective!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Air Mattress

Bought two of these a few days ago. Just in time for my family that came over for the Christmas holidays. This air bed was great. Easy to inflate and deflate. My grandkids loved it and didn’t mind sleeping on it. Very nice!!

Great replacement service

This is a bot of a mixed bag review. I bought this product last October and used it immediately. The next time that I used it it had a very slow leak, which I could not troubleshoot myself. Luckily it was within warranty and Intex replaced it no questions asked, with excellent service. So I just used the replacement, which is very comfortable and easy to use, and this time hopefully will not be a problem the next time it is needed!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this about a month ago and it literally only stayed inflated for 3 uses. Woke up on the floor twice!
