Received a replacement about a month ago. Mattress still requires daily inflation because it loses lots of air daily. The pump is positioned to be closed, the weight limit is never exceeded. The mattress is not treated in a way that goes against the warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great company. This model isn't great however.

It started leaking after 5 months of not full time use.
The company did the right thing and warrantied the product which is why I gave it 3 stars and not 2.
Also the mattress requires a lot of pressure or you feel like you fall off when near sides.

I bought this about a month ago and it literally only stayed inflated for 3 uses. Woke up on the floor twice!

Great replacement service

This is a bot of a mixed bag review. I bought this product last October and used it immediately. The next time that I used it it had a very slow leak, which I could not troubleshoot myself. Luckily it was within warranty and Intex replaced it no questions asked, with excellent service. So I just used the replacement, which is very comfortable and easy to use, and this time hopefully will not be a problem the next time it is needed!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Air Mattress

Bought two of these a few days ago. Just in time for my family that came over for the Christmas holidays. This air bed was great. Easy to inflate and deflate. My grandkids loved it and didn’t mind sleeping on it. Very nice!!

Piece of junk! Horrible design!

Mattress is poorly designed. Motor is too heavy. Moving around on the mattress causes the motor to move within it's box, breaking the seal and therefore leak air.
First motor worked one time and then wouldn't ever turn back on. Got a replacement motor which worked. I ended up on the floor after 5 hours. Bed was leaking THROUGH the motor intake area. Got another replacement motor which works but won't seat properly in it's "box". Movement on the mattress causes the motor to break the seal between the motor and it's box.
I've been happy with INTEX air mattresses before, but never again. INTEX won't refund since I didn't buy it from their website - only replace defective parts. I consider the whole thing defective!!!!

Instant leak! I tried to get the warranty activated but they put you on wait for hours. Then I chose 3 times to have the call me and they never did. I still have a brand new air mattress that has a slow leak that almost suffocated my 3 year old grandson. Not to mention the money I lost purchasing it! Don't buy it!
Buy from a reputable company that backs their products Not just pretends to.
Lesson learned..Always read the reveiws!
