This unit replaces a previous set of earbuds. The additional battery life and audio quality surpassed my expectations.

Stopped working

Purchased Nov 2023, at ~ 1 year the right ear stopped working and now the left ear (April 2025) just keeps repeating power on- power on and that is all you hear. Otherwise, great sound. For the price should have lasted longer. So disappointed.

Great noise cancelling

I liked these headphones a lot, but they just did not fit my extremely small ears. I always need an over-ear clip on any Sennheiser, because my ears will not hold earbuds like that. Wish they had worked for me! I liked the design and colors. Cool features as well. I also found the touch commands difficult to adjust to because they are quite sensitive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Painful to wear

Hurts my ears to wear for even less than 30 mins. Has ringing noise when you take it out/put it in. It's just not good for a decent listening experience.

Horrible experience w/ the product

Only problems after 2 months (no sync, and / or no charging) and even randomly onle hearing at one side at times. No definitive solution has been delivered to solve those problems. Absolute waste of money. Never more Sennheiser again.

Great sound, one bud stopped working

Love the sound but after less than one year one bud stopped working. Tried all the troubleshooting steps from support page. Still not working.
