My left earbud stop working.. after a fee days without charging now both are not working.. to expensive for too manu fault.. you used to be a good company

Connectivity is spotty and the app is buggy

Literally only connect with both earbuds 50% of the time, the app is buggy as hell, and the noise cancelation is a joke. Buy a different product.

Bought the Momentum TW 4's to replace my Momentum TW 2's. Had the 2's for 4 years, however when charging the case, it takes a long time to reach full charge, and the earbuds themselves run dow quickly, not to mention the app is very outdated. So after extensive research and loving the Sennheiser sound signature, I purchased the 4's. Absolutely NO REGRETS! My 2 favorite items when comparing the two are 1) the inclusion of the silicone fins (helps stabilize the earbud in the ear) and 2) the updated app. The 2's fit well in the ear, however they would come loose and break the seal with most activities, the fins solve that problem. The app is the big game changer. The 2's had a 3 band equalizer which I thought was pretty good, however the 4's have a 5 band equalizer which you would think of as a huge improvement, well stop the presses. With the advent of the new "Sound Personalization" mode, the Equalizer is all but outdated technology. I set up both the Equalizer and Sound Personalization to compare my listening preferences, and the difference was night and day. The sound from the Equalizer seemed cluttered, distorted, vague, and muted as compared to the sound of the Sound Personalization mode, which was absolutely clear, crisp, well defined treble, mids and bass, spatial, and excellent sound separation. Kudos to Sennheiser and the Fraunhofer Institute for Digital Media Technology for adding this to the app, their work and efforts in providing this cutting edge technology is greatly appreciated!!! The "Sennheiser Soundstage" still reigns supreme

Outstanding Earbuds

I have been impressed with these earbuds in every aspect. I am a person who puts sound quality first. these are outstanding. I personally prefer memory foam over the silicone ones.i do like the silicone ones but I am more accustomed to the memory foam ones. these ears are outstanding and comfortable.

I bought these in March of 2024. They worked great for about 4 months. I use these for calls, to walk and to work out. I travel a ton so I use to reduce noise and watch videos. These kept having issues charging and holding a charge. I also had issues with sweat while working out. Would not recommend for everyday usage. I moved on to another brand due to performance issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I used Status audio for several years and Shure wired for years. The Momentum is the best, sound, fit, and secure in the ear is so good (although I’d like to find or make a hook to make them much better for sports ie cycling). Probably best for cost and sound I’ve found.

I had just purchased the threes and I thought I should try the floors and see if I like them better when the four came in the mail I charge them. I put them in and they connected to my phone and the noise canceling kicked in the threes and put them back in the package to send them back because the noise canceling on the four was incredible and I couldn’t believe the difference
