2 years of use

My honest review after two years of use. My main requirement was to have a headphone that would work during commuting for meetings and calls. It doesn't work when commuting, as the other person cannot hear with lots of background noise being picked up. After two years of use colour is starting to wear off due to the bad design. I bought it with lots of expectation, and this headphone failed miserably. The switch over between devices is miserable, and so is the app, which is very painful to use. Only good thing about the headphones is that during flights, noise cancellation is good at blocking any external noise. In all nothing stands out for me and I should have opted for Jabra..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great sound

great sound, as i prefer bass heavy music. Noise cancelling if great, could be better for travel (ie airplane) but hard to find a headphone that fully blocks that. the pressure point onto of the head from the headband gets painful if used for more than 6 hours.

Bought as gift

I purchased these headphones and a second pair, as gifts for other people. Your sales workflow in the online store doesn't appear to accommodate such a circumstance for existing members. I now recieve emails like this, and all of the helpful informational ones for new owners twice as if I'm a new user/owner, whereas my own set of headphones was already registered through the site and app. It's quite annoying, and I imagine a real pain in the neck to try and sort it out with your systems. So hopefully it will stop when the recipients register their ownership.
