ANC sucks!

ANC keeps changing mode automatically. Starts to annoy me after one month owning it.

Great headphone

I bought this for the flight home to Australia from Paris. Glad I did. It was a choice between these and the Bose. These won out as Bose the felt more comfortable due to the larger ear pads. I considered the XM6 but they were significantly more expensive, and the quick survey of reviews indicated that the ANC was not a significant upgrade.
They did not come with an aircraft adapter which is a must. The two aircraft we returned on did not have Bluetooth, and I needed to juggle the connection to get mono to both ears.
Note also the head band could do with some more padding

Bought over a week ago & still not part the processing stage. Have called, emailed & live chatted, hilariously to no avail. Order from Bose. Forget this joke of a company. REFUND ME

These headphones come with the weight of being hailed by many as the best in class, and following up their much-loved predecessor. They meet and exceed expectations. Noiae canceling and sound quality are of highest quality, they are very comfortable, and they look smart.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great noise cancellation but it doesn’t fit on head as my head appears to be too small for it.
Need to download app to operate the headphones which is a little annoying.

Works ok, but wasn't happy they wanted more money for just a different colour! So I got the black because it was cheap(er). I did an A/B test in the store with a lower version headset and this was better. The carry case is good and not too bulky. I like that I can use it with BT or cable sound (my previous Sony BT headset would only work with BT). I've paired it with my android 13 phone no probs, and also with my Sony NW-A306 Walkman (Android 13) PMP. The Walkman has hardware play/pause controls, which is good and works well with the headset, the phone is a nuisance that way when the screen locks.
I would recommend this to a friend!
