Buyer beware

I loved this vacuum until the bottom of the water reservoir completely detached after less than a year. So now I can’t use the mop function and they’ve been out of stock of the replacement bin for months so I haven’t even been able to purchase a replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Robot with great features

Great Robot with superior cleaning. We have two dogs and it handles the hair and dander better than our previous shark. The edge blower removes the dust bunnies the previous model would sometimes miss.

This is by far one of the loudest sweeers I’ve bought It’s a lot of maintenance and clicks as it’s sweeping

Works great for dog hair

After recently getting my 2nd puppy in less than a year (2 golden retrievers) , I NEEDED help with the constant vacuuming! Decided to try the Shark Matrix Plus 2 in 1. This seriously is the best gift a dog owner can have! i set a schedule for 2x a day to vacuum & mop at same time in the app.. Now I have CLEAN floors and less stressed out!

I’ve had this for a few weeks now and really surprised at how much dirt and dust it is still picking up. I wish it could run longer on a single charge but at this price point I’m ok with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing never does what it’s supposed to. I’ve never seen the mop function work, I’ve troubleshooted the issue, I’ve tried the recommendations. And nothing. But it does let allllllllllll the liquid go when it’s parked. I’m beyond frustrated.

I've had it a week and it has yet to complete the task without an issue. I have mapped the room and put no go areas and it still went through one and then missed a random section.

The Shark 2-1 Robot mop vacuum has been incredible! The technology and ease of use is well worth every dollar. Have a large German Shepherd dog and kids. Floors are so clean now!
