A effective and impressive robot!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Shark Matrix vacuum. It’s easy to set up, and cleans very well! I have a few robot vacuums and this one compares to the best of the best! A few cons of this product is the
mapping of your house and when trying to have the vacuum leave out a space - it still seems to enter the blocked off area. Otherwise, I love it!

Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you Influenster and shark for allowing me to receive the shark Matrix for my honest review and I honestly don’t know how I have done without one it is a powerful vacuum that saves you time and money no more bags I spend my time not vacuuming and doing other things while it does all the dirty work. To say I am amazed at how well and how deep it cleans not only hardwood floors but my carpet is amazing, I have two dogs and I could not get over how much it picked up and emptied into the canister at them end of cleaning even my hand held expensive vacuum never found all that. And the mopping what can I say amazing I will never go without a Shark Matrix again.

Makes my life so much easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum has totally changed my cleaning routine! The app is super easy to use and convenient, so I don’t even have to be home to start the machine up. The unique part about this one is that it’s also able to mop the floors. And it has a setting to communicate to the machine what areas not to go to, so it doesn’t try to mop my carpet. It’s low enough that it’s able to fit under the bed and the couch, which helps clean harder to reach spaces. The only issue is that it will try to eat anything that’s on the floor, like straps or wires, so be sure to pick everything small up so it won’t get stuck.

This is one of the most intelligent vacuums/mop perfect for a busy homeowner, mother, or father with kids and pets. It not only vacuums with precise but even sonic mops. It comes with an app that you download on your phone to program your Shark. Believe me when I say it's really easy to do, the app does all the work for you. You just just a button and off your Shark goes to give you hours of downtime to do more important things than mopping and vacuuming. It can go from flat carpet to shag carpet to wood floors to tile with no worries. It's so easy to program and the instructions are so simple to understand which makes it fun to work with. You even get to name yourself Shark. We named ours Baby Shark our kids love it. You can spot clean or clean the whole house including mopping where needed. Your Shark will make a map of your house and when it is complete will alarm your phone to show you the map and let you design no-go areas and what you want to be done in which room. It can vacuum the carpet and switch to wood floors to sweep or mop. It has great suction you can see the carpet where the Shark vacuumed over it. it even dumps itself into the base and once full alarms your app on your phone to let you know to empty it. It's been such a Godsend. It's anyone's dream to own something useful and helpful. I definitely recommend you try this awesome product it's the perfect housemate.

The best time-saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had always dreamt of trying out a robotic vacuum, but my fiancé was skeptical, thinking it wouldn't be effective and would be a waste of money. Boy was he wrong. Imagine my excitement when I was chosen to test this. Not only does it vacuum, but it mops too!
Assembling the unit was a breeze, with just a few pieces to put together. To be honest, removing the protective plastic and stickers took more time than assembly. The process of downloading the app and pairing the unit was straightforward, and it provided clear step-by-step instructions along with troubleshooting assistance if any issues arose. They even allow you to name your new robot. So cute.
I did have to map my home twice to ensure an accurate cleaning area. During the initial run, the vacuum got stuck in a few spots and missed a small area. However, once the complete scan of my home was achieved, it became incredibly convenient. I can program it to clean the entire house or focus on specific rooms since I have them mapped. The app even allowed me to select the cleaning intensity. You can also place the unit in a particular area and use it for spot cleaning purposes. Emptying the bin and cleaning the filters are a simple process. And though I haven't used it myself, you can pair your vacuum with Alexa or Google devices to use the voice control features. It truly is such a time-saver. I definitely recommend you purchase this if you're looking for a new vacuum or wish to upgrade your current vacuum.

Cleans very well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was super protected there’s no way it will arrive broken or missing parts I previously had shark vacuum but not the 2 in 1, and I’m loving it is so easy to use to charge cleans very well the mop option it’s amazing you can control cleaning time from the app and it comes with extra mop and cleaning liquid.

Great vacuum and user friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Shark Matrix 2 in 1 vacuum/mop self empty robot from #Influenster and Shark for my fair and honest review. I had already been considering purchasing a robot vacuum for a few months, but I just wasn’t sure which options I would need and which brand would be the best and which one would be user friendly. Thankfully with Shark brand, you get all of the above. Every perk and option plus it’s user friendly. Does a fabulous job! The setup was so easy and within minutes it was performing the mapping function. My favorite option is the “spot clean” option. I dropped a box of donuts in the kitchen and made a mess of crumbs all over the floor. I immediately picked up my phone (which is linked to the robot vacuum), I chose the spot to clean and I went back to the couch haha. Love it! Highly recommend!
