Replaced an older version without the self empty. This product really gets my floors clean. I can't wait to use the wet mop, still trying to use the dry and keep the floors clean. So far, so great!

As I have a dog that sheds, I am easily able to keep up with the dust bunnies. Goes under the beds and the other furniture. Has made my life easier. Very happy I bought this product.

Unfortunately I had to return this item due to the suggested space, 3’ to each side plus 4’ in front of the base, on a bare floor. I wish that had been noted in the advertisement. I would love to be using this product.

This bot rocks! We have two cats and the amount of fur (Haiforce One) picks up is insane! Instead of feeling like I’m fighting a losing battle now I just feel at ease. Thanks! Well worth the money

I bought my shark robot 2-n-13 weeks ago. And so far- I am amazed! It does an awesome job vacuuming and mopping. The app is super easy to use! When it first maps your house- the map is not going to look exactly as your house is. It will show each room but not be an exact replica. Don’t worry - when it vaccuums the first time it explores each rooms nooks and crannies. Be advised though if you don’t move any furniture it will go around it—then later if you decide to move that chair in the corner so it can get in the corner - it won’t happen- it will still go around that invisible chair! We have three fur babies and they shed terribly- it tackles it all and my floors look excellent! And the best part- I don’t have to be home to do it! It truly frees me to do other things. Now I don’t have to say no to invites because I have to stay home and vaccuum. If had any suggestions for Shark- it would be to make an update to the app so you could remap one room at a time. So I could move my chairs and it would do behind them—right now the only way to fix that is remap the whole house and start all over which I can do but would be so much easier if I could remap one room at a time as I change things around! I love my shark!

I have had many Shark products over the years and have never been disappointed. This one does it all so it is so nice to know that the house will be clean with no effort on my part. It does a very nice, thorough cleaning. First the perimeters and then the remaining area. I was concerned since we have espresso hard wood in an open concept that there would be streaks but nothing. The product delivers!
