This very overprice and good looking keyboard . Way way way overpriced. Doesn't work as what I've been told, it won't turn the format from tablet to computer when you connect, I brought it for a month and already have few keys doesn't work, pretty tricky, not user friendly, the most interesting design is when I use this keyboard to type in my keyword, it can't open, no matter how you try, it's locked. Finally, I pull off this keyboard, use the tablet's build in keyboard and post this review. No, do not buy this garbage.

Language issue with keys

I love this case in all but one aspect - certain keys don't function as labeled unless you enable french. So as long as you don't mind either getting by with re learning where special character are or dealing with french suggestions/corrections it's a 5 star item.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A welcome addition to my tablet. I like the positive feel of the keys and not have autocorrect involved and making me spend so much time correcting auto correct. A lot less stress so I enjoy typing more
i just wish I could find a manual to help me find the access to all the ranges in the top row of keys. I have not been able to find help.

Bilingual So Back It's Gotta Go

This is the bilingual version and is very awkward!!! I still cannot get the question mark to come up. The exclamation mark even though in a weird spot on the keyboard comes up with the shift button, but not the question mark... it's a total mystery! In the pic on Best Buy's site it shows the English version... oh but of course it does! Well unfortunately I guess that's what happens when you order something on-line... you get what they decide to ship out to you :(

I can not type several special characters like the quotes, question mark and several others. After a few hours of trying every possible key combination, I still had no luck. I contacted Samsung support, but they gave me several answers which were totally useless and did not work. At that point, they asked me to contact technical support again if I had any problems, and disconnected. Talk about passing the buck. That's a big BUH BYE from them and also from me.
