It did not work. Would not shred anything. Plus I did not realize I would have to keep buying the lubricant things to run thru once or twice a month. I don't use a shredder too much so would be a waste of money for me.

I purchased this crosscut cutting Shredder and it’s the perfect size for my office. It’s also nice and quiet and shred the paper really good nice and small just how I wanted it.

I bought this shredder to replace one that I had for many years. Staples was out of the one I really wanted so I'll probably return this one and wait for the other one to come back in stock. The problems I found with this one is I'm not crazy about the switch. The indentation on the switch is not high enough so it is harder to move back and forth. The other problem is that it does not have any kind of feeder guide so if you have multiple sheets of paper it is harder to feed because there is nothing to guide it into.

Nice that it works as described. A word of advice- do not insert a plastic bag liner to collect refuse. A sensor will indicate the trash bin is not fully closed and it will not work. That's operator error.

I love the capacity and it performed great. However I am not wild about the bin setup. Back comes unattached and has to be resituated. I have a previous model and it the bin works great. Mine is model TR-AXC243A. Your site says the TR-AXC model that i have is being discontinued otherwise i would have ordered it. Using this at the church but I suppose i will keep it rather than return it.
