It is for an office and the business you can give it. I use it also for the rest of the house papers that we get. don't want anybody to get me information. I got a small one before, but it did not work out. It kept shouting down and not doing the job.

Even for home this unit is too small for us. The amount of storage for the Shredded paper will fill up quickly.

2nd one I have purchased that failed within one year of light. We'll see if the warranty is offered and how difficult to claim.

We used this shredder for about 5 minutes before it fouled up. One side was so compacted, the paper would not go through. Returned to store.
