Shredding just stopped working

To my surprise the shredder stop work on the same day that I received it. I used for a little and then when I tried later it wouldn't work. I could her the blades making noise but the shredder isn't feeding the paper.

Smaller in size than a Staples shredder I purchased some 20 years ago; however quality has improved as shown by less paper jams easier shredding ability and auto shut off to cool down.

I received it on 7/30 in great condition I haven’t used it yet but as soon as I will let you know if it’s up to standard. Staples has always been great in the past when I bought a fax machine and was in perfect working condition. Looking forward to buying more

I brought this shredder to replace a staples professional model which I had and it was a micro cut . its kinda early to give a full review but so far this is what i dislike about it. 1. cross cut compared to micro cut.(my mistake) 2. the way the bag fits which collects the mess compared to the one I had. 3.I don't think it will take 24 sheets as advertised because i put like 5 plain sheets and it clogged but i wouldn't put that amount in at a time anyway.. I like the design / quiet . I believe this will end up sufficient for my needs
