I would definitely not run 12 sheets of paper through this shredder. But otherwise it has been working properly and I've been satisfied with it.

We bought the shredder and brought it home. We read all the directions etc. The shredder would not work. It would only stay on for a few seconds and did not cut correctly. We carried it back and they gave us another one and it works fine.
