Told item was delivered when it wasn't. Called and another order was placed. Next day 2 of the item were delivered. Had to call again. At least I got the item but would prefer to deal with a company that gets it right the first time and doesn't cause me to call more than once.

We opened up the box put it together according to the instructions put in 3 sheets of paper and it overheated. It never started up again. After an hour we packed it up and took it back to the store the next day. This was extremely disappointing and a waste of time.

Works fine so far but seems to struggle with anything over 10 pages. Doesn't seem as sturdy or as durable as my last Staples shredder that lasted over 10 years and got a lot of use. Time will tell.

Home use just what we needed. Like the slide fraature to start shredding closed when not needed. Great product fir home use shreds into tiny pieces.
