states 12 sheets but my shredder I’m lucky if it shreds 5 more than that I have to pull the plug turn the top over & pull out the sheets that didn’t go all the way through to shred the paper -

It broke on the first use. I did everything correctly. I didn't overuse it or try to shred too many papers at a time. I'd give it no stars but that's not an option.

I don’t have to do tons of shredding. If I did I would probably purchase a different unit because this one has a short time limit before it begins to overheat. Since I don’t it’s perfect for my applications.
