I expected it to hold more. It’s difficult to feed paper into.

I bought it to replace my old shredder which finally caved after many years. I was happy to discover that this newer model is much more quiet and it has a larger trash bin. Two reasons for me to be happy!

Works just fine though it is noisier than our old one. Wasn't interested in spending a bunch more money to ensure peace & quiet.

Shredding 12 pages at a time makes the job much quicker.
