It's okay. The shredder we bought years ago over 10 years was much better. More sheets longer time shredding larger basket etc. Too bad I did not replace it with the same one. If it can be replaced I would be pleased. Check your records when the original was purchased

This shredder frequently balks in the middle of shredding - even just one page! Light-weight in terms of performance. Have to shut it off after each use or it starts complaining. Slidy-top is a nuisance.

Bought in March and in September it failed - just stopped working. Called customer service and they are sending a replacement. Only used it occasionally never for more than a few minutes at a time.

This unit started breaking teeth off inside pretty soon after I bought it. I used it very lightly not often at all and only up to 2 sheets of paper at a time. Now a year and a half after purchase it's dead because too many teeth have broken off from inside despite the fact that I babied it along and had to pull out the jams every few times I used it. Do NOT recommend!

This shredder leaves long strips but is supposed to shred into confetti like size pieces. I am disappointed to say the least.
