I think the shred size and bin are perfect for my small home office. The ease of use was simplistic and I appreciate that. It sounds like a shredder when used but nothing overwhelming.

Perfect shredder for home use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 12 sheet shredder has been such a great addition to our home. I was constantly worried about throwing out paper with any personal information on it and was just accumulating a giant pile with no way to properly dispose of it. Now we keep the shredder in the kitchen and when I get the mail daily after going through what we need to keep I can quickly shred the rest in under a minute. The bin is the perfect size to put a grocery bag in and take out each week with the rest of the trash and the shreds are the perfect size that no information is legible after being shredded but not so tiny that it floats around and makes a mess. This is perfect for home use and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to keep their personal information secure.

Great shredder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This paper shredder works great. I would say the noise level is pretty standard for a shredder…not quiet but not more noisy than usual. It did an incredible just shredding everything from checks to papers to credit cards. It makes the pieces VERY small and when I inserted 18 sheets of paper the shredder stopped and I was able to reverse the shredder to release the pages. The bin capacity is a decent size. In all the things I’ve shredded it didn’t fill up. For heavy use it would need emptied more often but for home use it’s going to fit my needs well.
