This shredder is the worst one I have ever had. In spite of the 8-page "capacity " it regularly jammed after I shredded only 4-5 pages. I had the shredder for one weekend and had to use my pliers to try to unjam it at least six times. I carefully followed the instructions regarding run time sheet limit rest time etc. and none of it helped! Please DO NOT buy this shredder!

It’s allegedly a 15-sheet shredder that will handle credit cards and CDs. I ran three sheets through at a time and it jammed after every run. Now it says it’s jammed and won’t run but I can’t find any paper in the mechanism. Even when it did work it was very slow.

Each of the three units I tried before sending them back all had the identical problem/issue. After using for a short time the "Empty Bin" light comes on and unit shuts down. When opening the bin to empty turns out that sensor is WAY!!!!!!!!!! out of calibration. I opened the bid to discover it was only less than a 1/4 fill. Probably closer to an 1/8th.
