I will be returning shredder and get refund or replacement. It stated you can shred up to12 pgs. I put less than that 6 or less than papers. Don't buy this shredder. It's easy and fast to stop working. Ordered online but hopefully return in store here in my town.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this shredder is a great size for any homeowner. It’s not too big and not too small. It is just right for all the amount of papers I need to shred. I’ve been shredding bills personal documents and old credit cards in this shredder. It does a fantastic job at shredding and it’s quite quick in my opinion. It isn’t too loud and I love how it criss crosses as it shreds. Most shredders don’t have this feature and this is definitely an extra sense of security so no one steals any of your personal information. I love the black color and it is very modern in design. Overall I love it and I’m so glad to have it in my home!

I am probably returning this shredder. It is too small to handle the amount of shredding I have to do as a downsizing senior. Also it does not take 12 sheets at a time and works very slowly.
