Really like but it is louder than old one and is heavier top which you need to lift off to get the bag that collects the cross cut.Nice that smaller size.

It would clog before the 7 min run time was up. Also could only do 2 to 4 sheets of paper not the 12 as advertised. It's great if you only do a few sheets in 30 min. The clogging was the most annoying part.

Brand new out of the box. Shredded a few sheets of paper and then it just quit. won't feed. Did all the trouble shooting possible (there isn't much because it's a simple machine). Will be returning. I'm open to an exchange we'll see
