IT SUCKS. IT WORKED PROPERLY FOR ABOUT 3 DAYS AND THAT WAS IT. NOW THE FORWARD & REVERSE BUTTONS DO NOT WORK. NOW, EVERY TIME I WANT TO SHRED I HAVE TO RESTART IT TWICE BECAUSE IT JUST STOPS EVERY 5 SECONDS OR SO! THE INSTRUCTION BOOKLET WAS NOT HELPFUL EITHER,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This shredder is just what I needed for my household shredding. It's small, efficient and an excellent price.

This machine serves the purpose it was made for.
Came with a lubricating material to give a great workperformance. Just make sure you continue to pamper it so it will serve you very well in the future!
