The bin is flimsy with the weight of the shredder making it top-heavy. I had to prop it up to keep it from falling over. I got an Omnitech shredder from you (14 sheets) before this one & it worked great till I accidentally put paper with adhesive through & ruined it. As with other shredders I've had I just put a plastic bag inside & can just throw it out when it's full.

Easy to set up and use. Like any shredder a bit awkward to empty. Front peek a view lets you see when basket getting full. Very happy with purchase.

The shredder shreds the paper..that is its only job and seems to do it well.
