We employ adults with special needs. We had a need to keep them busy during slow production times. We used to buy one commercial shredder but our crew just shreds a few pages at a time. Decided to buy multiple smaller shredders so everyone could shred. This one overheats if you use it consistently. Also purchased basically the same shredder from other companies and have not seen an overheating problem on them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great shredder for my home office. I really like the size it is big enough to do full sheets without having to first fold or cut them but it is also not too big and bulky to fit in our compact home office space. It seems pretty average on how loud it is when shredding materials. I am pleased with how completely the paper is shredded the blades do a great job. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for a home office shredder that is easy to use and does a good job shredding.

The unit works as advertised but the unit is much louder than my previous shredder. I do not like the light staying on when left in the forward / on /auto mode but the unit can be switched off.
