dropped and broke case on my old shredder. ordered this as a replacement. was delivered to our home as promised in good condition. does a nice job of shredding papers. like the window so i can see how full it is getting. only downfall for me is that it is very heavy. would not be a problem if i could leave it in one place and not have to store it between usage.

Great for home office

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this shredder was good. It fits perfectly in the small space between the printer and the desk of our home office. The noise is not terrible. It's about what I would expect from a shredder. It didn't scare my dogs or kid so that's a win for me but I wouldn't use it while people were sleeping. It says it can shred 12 pages at once. I would disagree. It eventually gets there but it takes a lot for it to manage the 12 pages and I believe if you did that frequently it would eventually break. I think 10 pages would be a better description. The bin would also need to be emptied regularly but that doesn't bother me at all because the compact size is perfect. I think the shred size is good but if you're shredding super sensitive documents you may want something different. For the basics it's exactly what you need. Overall I think it's a great compact shredder that does well and is a nice addition to our home office for small business and home use.

It does what I needed. The only down thing is it can only operate for 7 minutes and then it needs 30 min. rest.

This is a nice light duty shredder. Compact so it does not take up too much room. Does a good job of shredding.
