Solid paper shredder for personal use

It handles an impressive amount of sheets at one time which makes bulk shredding pretty fast. I would recommend this for personal use. I also liked that I didn’t have to empty it too often.

Great for a small office

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this shredder in my home office at the moment though I believe it would work very well for a small office as well. After receiving the shredder I tested it on a box of documents I’ve been meaning to shred for months. It took care of the whole box in about 10 minutes. I felt the bin capacity was generous however you often have to open the bin every once in awhile and push the piled up paper away from the sensor long before the capacity is reached. This along with the fact that there’s no pull handle or place to grasp the bin to pull it out makes the task more annoying than it should be. I’ll be using this to shred client documents containing sensitive information and the shred size is appropriate for this. I like the wheels on the bottom of the shredder as this will be tucked in the corner of my L-desk. The shredder is very easy to use especially considering mine didn’t appear to come with any directions.

Reliable home shredder

It looks nice and is perfectly sized for home use fitting nicely under my desk without taking up too much space. From setup to operation the shredder was straightforward and easy to use. Easy to use Shredder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a high quality shredder! It shreds all sorts of materials very efficiently. I kept it in my living room to shred documents credit cards and anything else that needed shredding. It was quiet enough to keep in the living room and not distract anyone listening to music or watching TV. The bin on this shredder was a good size big enough to hold quite a bit but not so big that it's too heavy when full. However the weight of the actual shredder not the bin was significantly heavier than I expected making it difficult to move the shredder around the room when I needed to.

Love the shredder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the paper shredder cuts paper in small strips. I like that when you stop using it in turns off by it self and it also shreds credit cards pretty easy even though its thick and hard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shredder was perfect for our work from home office! It was small enough that it didn’t take up a lot of space but was super efficient! It was able to shred all the documents that is needed during my workday which includes daily client documentation. My husband and I both used this shredder daily for work as well as my daughter who thought it was fun to shred her papers from school. It shredded 50-75 pages a day & held up well. We cleaned it out every other day. Overall I find it very practical & meets all our needs for home use.

Easy to use and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with the Staples 15 page cross-cut shredder and its performance and ease of use. The castor wheels were straightforward to attach allowing for effortless mobility around my home office. The shredder is remarkably quiet. It operates smoothly without a loud grinding noise which my older shredder had. It effortlessly handles a full 15 page capacity making it incredibly efficient. I also shredded credit cards and CDs and it handled both without any issues. It has a large collection bin which reduces the frequency to empty. The window of the bin contains a handle to use when you empty the bin. There is also a slide feature on top of the shredder that closes and secures the shredder when not in use. Comparing this shredder to my old shredder the difference is night and day. My previous model would often jam with just seven sheets of paper which was frustrating and time-consuming to fix. In contrast this new shredder has had no trouble managing larger quantities of paper providing a smooth and reliable shredding experience every time. Overall I highly recommend this Staples 15 page crosscut paper shredder for anyone in need of a high capacity quiet and versatile shredding solution. It has surpassed my expectation in every way and has made the task of shredding documents much more efficient and hassle free.

Fast and Easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using this shredder. It made shredding paper very easy. Not once did I get anything stuck in it. I was going through a lot of papers and so I put it in the kitchen as it is pretty large and wouldn’t fit in the office. The shredder has a convenient slide cover so the teeth are never showing which made it less tempting for my kids to mess with. As I mentioned I had it in the kitchen and would move it around but the wheels that are on it make it very convenient to just slide around. I was pleased with the bin capacity. Overall what is most important to me when dealing with gadgets is the ease of use. I have a household to run and the last thing I want to do is sit down for an hour trying to figure out how to make something work. This shredder was perfect. The instructions/setup were easy and simple and I was ready to get started using it right away!
